How does it work?  Please contact us when you start your initial home search so that we can assist and consult with you on your new home search. If there is a community or builder that you are interested in, please call us at 703-850-6163 prior to your first visit to the builder's sales office.  

Also, it is important to note that your Realtor may need to accompany you or you will need to register your real estate agent on your first visit to the builder's sales office. If visiting a new home community or builder's sales office without your real estate agent, you must inform the builder's on-site salesperson that you have an agent.  You will need to write the agent's name on the registration card and make sure that the builder recognizes your real estate agent. Therefore, it is always best to contact me first at 703.850.6163 prior to visiting or contacting any builder's sales office.
